Delivery Service Updates (Covid-19)

In light of the recent situation of novel coronavirus infection, to prevent further spread in the community, delivery service will be temporarily suspended for following locations: all hospitals, clinics, quarantine centres and "buildings in which confirmed cases of novel coronavirus infection have stayed during the symptomatic phase in the past 14 days".

We will implement the new pick up and delivery arrangements as below:

  • Courier will only deliver or pickup shipment outside the premises for locations or buildings with confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus.
  • Courier will door release shipment for locations or buildings with Isolation and Self-Quarantine cases.
  • Services are now temporarily suspended for locations and buildings with confirmed group infection.
