EIGHT CRITERIA FOR OUR PICKERS
• Must have good botanical knowledge
• Pick plants in untouched natural areas, far from pollution
• Respect the plant and always leave part of it intact to ensure its regeneration
• Use appropriate harvesting tools
• Use specific containers for transportation
• Sort and check, to remove any foreign bodies
• Store the harvest in good conditions (light and temperature)
• Ensure the traceability of the raw materials
